UWAAT annual CSR activity

On Sunday March 15, our President Dr. Piamsak led other Huskies Thailand along with few UWAAT friends to do our annual CSR activity for a day trip at Srichang Island in Chonburi. Unlike previous years, with the support from Koh Srichang Marine Science Research Centre of Chulalongkorn University whereof Prof. Dr. Piamsak was a director, our Huskie group were able to release millions of tiny crabs that were nursured and incubated by the Centre into the ocean for eco-system abundance.

Later in afternoon, after local delicious meal we checked out the Phra Chuthatut Palace – a summer Royal Residence built during the reign of King Chulalongkorn. It was beautiful heritage sitting on a beach of Koh Srichang. We listened to a very informative presentation by the Palace manager describing all the history of the island and the palace.

This trip was full of joys and so much fun. We hope you can join us next time.
